Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions under which behavior.run (the "Service") is provided, as well as the rights and obligations between the provider of the Service (the "Company") and the user.

By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to the entirety of these Terms.

Some features of the Service require account registration via email-based authentication (magic link).

Users are responsible for keeping their registration information accurate and up to date. If unauthorized use of an account is suspected, the user shall promptly notify the Company.

The Service's paid plans are offered as monthly subscriptions, and credits are consumed according to usage. Details of fees and credits follow the information displayed within the Service.

Payments are processed through Stripe. A subscription remains valid until the next renewal date, and after cancellation, use continues until the end of the then-current period. As a general rule, no refunds are provided for periods already incurred or credits already consumed.

Credits purchased as top-ups can only be used to run the Service's AI features and are non-refundable and non-cashable.

Users must not engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals, infringes the rights of the Company or third parties, interferes with the operation of the Service, or attempts reverse engineering or unauthorized access.

The rights to data entered into the Service by users (Objectives, plans, experiment logs, etc.) belong to the user.

The Company processes this data only to the extent necessary to provide, improve, and troubleshoot the Service. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Service uses large language models to generate structuring, suggestions, summaries, and the like. Generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy or usefulness.

When using generated output for decision-making, users shall verify it at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Service is provided "as is," and the Company makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced within the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.
